01 Round Timber module

The Round Timber module streamlines the handling of invoices for suppliers, service providers and commission agents when buying round timber. To ensure swift acquisition and processing of the individual master data at your firm, WoodWork has incorporated the FHP data exchange format Säge and import options of Latschbacher products.

The standardised FHP format lets you exchange data and information (individual master list) with market partners by e-mail directly via the system.

02 Sawn Timber module

The Sawn Timber module is designed to help with sales, facilitating accompanying processes such as master data and article management for you. Tendering, order confirmation, issue of delivery notes and invoicing all connect seamlessly with each other and avoid time-consuming double entry.

Commission statements can also be generated at the touch of a button. To optimise administrative procedures at your firm even further, WoodWork is equipped with a Cash Register function and a Financial Accounting interface.

03 Cash Register function

WoodWork’s Cash Register function provides you with a system that meets the current requirements of the Austrian cash register safety regulations (RKSV). The integrated cash register does away with duplicate maintenance of articles and prices – so saving time for you!

04 Financial Accounting interface

Minimise the level of effort for Financial Accounting and opt for the automated transfer of data to your accounts system without errors. WoodWork features an integrated interface for Financial Accounting. All data, including master data for vendors or customers, is automatically transferred to your accounts programme.
